National Cheerleader of the Year

Melinda Lawman, VA, Cheer Ltd's National Cheerleader of the Year for 2008-09. Melinda will be a guest at the BCA International Cheerleading Championship in Telford, England, be a special guest at many of Cheer Ltd's Soffe Open Championships as well as Cheer Ltd Nationals at CANAM and of course the 2009 National CheerCon. Her face will be splashed across many advertising pieces throughout her reign...not just for Cheer Ltd, so be looking for her! Melinda also will receive a 00 scholarship to the college of her choice. Congratulations Melinda!

Katie Murphy, PA, First Runner Up in the National Cheerleader of the Year Scholarship Competition. Katie receives a $ 1500 scholarship to the college of her choice. Congratulations Katie!
