Is your team a TEAM OF THE MONTH?

Each month a team will be chosen and recognized as a Cheer Ltd Team of the Month. Complete the application form below and if selected, you will be notified by email and/or phone. Winning teams will be posted by the middle of each month. If selected, you will be asked to submit a team photo and roster. If you have any questions regarding the team of the month form, selection process, or other details, please contact Lisa Thompson at lisat@cheerltd.com. Each team of the month will receive an award packet values at over 00 from Cheer Ltd, The Cheer Shoppe and Nfinity Shoes as well as recognition at the 2008 National CheerConference...Good luck!

References must be from 2 separate "sources". For example, a school administrator and a representative from a community service project would be accepted whereas 2 school administrators would not.
